SPI Plus® Reports

• Loss Cost Report — information on RCP (Rating Plan/Construction/Protection) codes, BGII symbols, and Commercial Statistical Plan (CSP) codes
• Underwriters Advantage Report — property-specific data from a variety of SPI Plus reports, including building, occupancy, and fire-protection information; estimated replacement cost; wildfire risk; and flood risk.
• Building Underwriting Report — information on the characteristics of an individual building and a Relative Hazard Grading

• Estimated Loss Cost Quote— sample reports for a specifically rated risk and a class-rated risk; includes loss cost estimates for the building and occupants
