A-PLUS property database
ISO Passport gives you instant, convenient access to the most comprehensive claims database available to underwriters today — the A-PLUS property database. Use the industry's largest source of property and liability loss history to:

• enhance your risk analysis
• improve your loss ratios
• ensure accurate pricing
• increase the amount of quality business you can write

And the A-PLUS property database continues to expand. The number of contributors now exceeds 1,490 — a market share of 95% — and that number is still growing.

A-PLUS Property Characteristics Report
A-PLUS Property Characteristics Reports give you instant access to a wealth of public-records information on personal properties. The reports include ownership information, market sale and tax data, site information, land value, and location information.

A-PLUS Homeowner VerificationTM Report
Homeowner Verification uses two search methods — public records or credit history — to verify whether an individual owns a certain property. You can use the information to provide an auto discount based on home ownership and help you cross-sell a homeowners policy to an auto insured.

Catastrophe Hazard Report
With information from ISO's sister company AIR Worldwide, Catastrophe Hazard Reports provide critical information — including risk levels  and average annual loss figures to help you manage your exposure to loss from hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, earthquakes, floods, winter storms, and terrorism.

The reports include:

• long-term average annual, 100-year, and 250-year loss-level information
• scores that show the risk at each location and the relative risk compared with other locations in the county and state
• event frequency and intensity
• physical characteristics at each risk location, including elevation and terrain for hurricane and soil type and potential for landslide and liquefaction for earthquake
• historical information

ISO Passport also gives you instant access to consumer-credit data, including both credit reports and credit reports with scoring, for underwriting determinations.
