Rob Caron

Senior Construction Specialist, AIR Worldwide

Rob Caron has been with AIR Worldwide since 2005, working in the Property Products Division. As a senior construction specialist, Mr. Caron has developed many of the estimation algorithms used in ISO’s replacement-cost software and provides construction research support and guidance for the catastrophe models.

Mr. Caron is licensed by Massachusetts as a construction supervisor and as a home improvement contractor and has more than 20 years of construction experience. He also has extensive experience as an engineering consultant, focused on indoor air quality, energy conservation, and building forensics.

He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, holding a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering.
