Dr. Johnson is a founding partner of HCI and has served as CEO/President since January 2001. During this time, the company has experienced intensive development, rapid staff expansion, and phenomenal growth. Before joining HCI, Dr. Johnson was Senior Vice President of Medicode, a healthcare software database company. He is a coding and reimbursement expert, and has more than 18 years of experience in software and database development. Throughout his career at Medicode, Dr. Johnson held a variety of senior management positions. Prior to working for Medicode, Dr. Johnson chaired the Insurance Committee of a State Dental Society. Dr. Johnson is a Certified Dental Consultant and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He earned his DDS from Northwestern University School of Dentistry and a B.S. from the University of Utah.
